The house is available for weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday. Ask about special pricing on long-term and off-season rentals. 5% discount on multiweek rentals. 1/2 payment due at time of booking. Second payment due 60 days prior to booking. (Free full refund up to 60 days prior (see cancellation policy below).

Pricing:

Off-season (until May 18th): $1500/ w + $150 cleaning

May 18-June 8: $2099 + $150 cleaning fee

June 8-15th: $2650 + $150 cleaning fee

June 15- June 22nd: $3375 + 150 cleaning fee

June 22- June 29th: $3625 + $150 cleaning

June 29-July 6: $4025 + $150 cleaning

July 6-August 24th: $3625 +$150 cleaning

August 24-Sept 7th: $2475 + $150 cleaning
