Community Pool
The large community pool is two short blocks away. It includes a kiddie pool and has lifeguards. It is typically open from Memorial Day weekend to mid September. There is also an indoor pool for lap swimming (access for long-term rentals only). Wristbands to access the pool can be purchased directly from the pool for $38/ person/ week. Ages 6 and under are free.
Easy access to the beaches
How to get to the beach:
1) By Bike: The nearest beach (1.5 miles) is South Bethany. Since there is no parking at this beach, the best way to get there is to ride your bikes (10 minute flat bike ride).
2) By Car: There is metered street parking in Bethany Beach, or go to Fenwick Island State Park or Delaware Seashore State Park ($8/day, $25/ 3 days, $70 season pass).
3) By Shuttle: The community shuttle to Bethany Beach runs on weekends and holidays.
Weight Room, Exercise Classes, Sauna, Steam Room
A full gym with brand name equipment: machines and free weights, new treadmills, ellipticals, bikes, and other equipment. Zumba, group cycling classes, yoga, and are also available.
Large outdoor area near the pool with a community fire pit.
At this time, the Indoor pool is available on long-term rentals only. (No weekly access per community guidelines).
Card Room, Billiard, Ping-pong
The club house boasts a card room (weekly poker nights), two pool tables, and a ping-pong table. In addition, there is a fire pit and large event space.
Outstanding tennis and pickle ball classes are available daily for adults and children at Sea Colony.
